Pricing
Initial Exam
The initial appointment is priced at $90 and lasts 90 minutes.
It includes a comprehensive history and orthopedic exam to accurately assess the nature of your injury or persistent pain. This is followed by 30-45 minutes of treatment, which may include restorative movement exercises, tissue-specific manual therapy, and/or chiropractic manipulation.
Appointments
The base rate for appointments is $160 for 60-minutes and $80 for 30-minutes.
Based on the findings from the examination and the treatment response, you will receive a treatment plan for subsequent appointments. During the initial course of treatment, it is highly beneficial to follow up once per week for six weeks. This dedicated time allows for consistent input to not only productively manage symptoms but to also achieve desired changes to tissue quality and assist in developing a new relationship with movement.
Package Discounts
With a bulk purchase of 6 hours of treatment, the 60-minute rate is reduced to $130 and the 30-minute rate is reduced to $65. The total cost for this 6-hour package is $780, which represents a savings of $180 compared to the base rate.
The six hours of treatment time can be used in 30- or 60-minute increments as your schedule allows. These hours are non-expiring, but cannot be shared with other patients.
One of the most frequently asked questions we receive is whether we accept insurance. As a cash-based clinic, we are not affiliated with any major insurance providers and do not submit claims directly to your insurance company. This allows us to treat what needs to be treated in the way that it needs to be treated.
At the conclusion of each appointment, we will provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company. It is challenging to predict the amount of reimbursement you may receive as insurance companies offer varying benefits and these benefits differ between plans.
If insurance reimbursement is a significant consideration in your decision to become a patient, we recommend consulting with your insurance company in advance to gain a better understanding of your specific plan. Some pertinent questions to ask include:
“What are the expected reimbursement or deductible amounts if I receive physical therapy or chiropractic care from an out-of-network provider and submit self-claims?”
“Until I meet my deductible, what are the out-of-pocket expenses for each session of physical therapy and chiropractic care at an in-network clinic?”
Once you know the cost associated with seeing an out of network provider (us) and an in-network provider, you can make an informed decision about where to receive treatment. You might be surprised to learn that the price you pay after insurance is the same or more than our cash rate.
